UK77 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

01Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to UK77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services provided through uk77.biz, including but not limited to sports betting, crash games, Aviator, slots, ludo games, and any other gaming or entertainment features made available on the Platform.

By registering an account on UK77, making any deposit, placing any bet, or using any feature of the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use UK77.

UK77 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, UK77 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

02Eligibility

To register and use UK77, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. UK77 strictly prohibits underage gambling and takes all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining your local legal position.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or family member of a UK77 employee in a role that gives access to non-public platform information.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion on UK77 or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — meaning you are of sound mind and not under any legal incapacity.

UK77 may request proof of age at any time. If a player cannot confirm their age when asked, their account will be suspended and any balance held pending verification. Winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

03Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one UK77 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different names, mobile numbers, or identity documents — is a serious breach of these Terms. UK77 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed, and the balance in those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your UK77 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during registration or subsequent verification. UK77 may request supporting documents at any time to verify the information you have provided.

3.3 Account Security

Your UK77 account credentials are your responsibility. You must not share your password with any other person. UK77 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or customer support. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact UK77 support immediately. UK77 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has been negligent with their credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

UK77 is committed to Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. Players may be required to submit identity documents — such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence — and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed above certain thresholds. Verification documents are handled securely in accordance with UK77's Privacy Policy.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

UK77 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in PKR: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. UK77 does not accept third-party deposits — funds must come from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The current minimum deposit on UK77 is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed in the cashier. UK77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with notice to affected players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

UK77 processes withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 30 minutes in the majority of cases. Bank IBFT transfers are processed the same business day. Where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours. UK77 commits to communicating any delay proactively via the contact details on your account.

4.4 Refused and Reversed Transactions

UK77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, UK77 will communicate the reason to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe. Funds subject to a fraud investigation may be held during the investigation period.

05Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

UK77 offers bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for matters directly related to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your UK77 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details. Failure to complete wagering within the stated validity period results in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

5.3 Abuse of Bonuses

UK77 actively monitors for bonus abuse including, but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using hedging strategies to reduce risk while clearing wagering requirements, betting patterns specifically designed to abuse promotions, and sharing of referral codes in ways that breach the Refer a Friend programme terms. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

5.4 Refer a Friend Programme

UK77's Refer a Friend programme rewards you when friends you refer complete registration and meet qualifying activity thresholds. Referral bonuses are credited in PKR and are subject to standard wagering requirements. Mass distribution of referral links through spam, paid advertising, or deceptive means is prohibited and will result in referral earnings being forfeited.

06Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on UK77 across sports betting, crash games, Aviator, ludo games, and slots:

• All bets must be placed before the relevant event or game round closes. Bets placed after the closing time will be voided.
• Minimum bet amounts are displayed in each game or sports market. Maximum bet limits may apply and are enforced automatically by the Platform.
• UK77 reserves the right to limit maximum winnings on any single bet or gaming session. Applicable limits are stated in the relevant game rules or market terms.
• In the event of a technical fault — such as a game disconnection or server error — UK77 will use available records to determine the fair outcome. Where a fair determination cannot be made, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Odds and game parameters displayed at the time of bet placement are the terms on which your bet is accepted. Post-bet corrections apply only where an obvious pricing error occurred before the bet was confirmed.
• Sports betting markets may be suspended or cancelled at UK77's discretion — for example, where an event is abandoned or materially disrupted. In such cases, bets will be settled in accordance with the published sports betting rules for each event type.

07Games and Fair Play

All games available on UK77 — including slots, crash games, Aviator, ludo, and table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG is independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. UK77 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

For Aviator and crash games offering provably fair verification, the game outcome hash is published before each round. After the round completes, the seed is revealed and any player can independently verify the result. UK77 publishes the verification method in the relevant game section.

UK77 prohibits any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated bots, or apply reverse engineering to gain an unfair advantage in any game on the Platform. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on UK77 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account under any identity
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Depositing funds from payment methods not in your own name
• Any form of collusion with other players — including agreeing on bet outcomes or sharing account access
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of unlawful activity
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Deliberately exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in games or systems
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing UK77 staff or other players
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Any action designed to defraud UK77, payment processors, or other players

09Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 By UK77

UK77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or serious misconduct, balance funds may be forfeited in full. In cases where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct — such as regulatory changes — any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9.2 By the Player

You may close your UK77 account at any time by contacting support at support@uk77.biz. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any active bonus balance will be forfeited. Account closure does not affect any legal obligations that arose during the period your account was active.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant on UK77. UK77 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before applying a monthly dormancy fee of Rs 100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) to cover administration costs. Players can reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting support.

10Privacy and Data Protection

UK77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have also read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

UK77 uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and communicate relevant promotions and updates. UK77 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where necessary for operational purposes — such as with payment processors — or where required by law.

11Responsible Gaming

UK77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered players from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your UK77 account.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds for any given time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous play durations with optional break reminders.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 180 days).

12Limitation of Liability

• Technical failures or interruptions beyond UK77's reasonable control, including internet outages, server downtime, or third-party payment processor failures
• Your failure to comply with these Terms
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions
• Decisions made by UK77 in accordance with these Terms, including voiding of bets, bonus forfeitures, or account suspensions
• Changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect your ability to use the Platform

UK77's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

13Amendments to These Terms

UK77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, UK77 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and will notify registered players via SMS or email at least 7 days before material changes take effect.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you should close your UK77 account before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, or updates required by changes in applicable law — may be made without prior notice to players.
